International orders will be surcharged $10.00 per address.

California Sales Tax Will Apply Accordingly.

ORDERS

Unless otherwise instructed, all items not shipped will be back-ordered and shipped once available.  If you do not wish to receive back-orders, you must contact us to let us know upon initial order.  Customers refusing non-cancelled back-ordered merchandise will be liable for all shipping, insurance, and any associated fees such as re-stocking.  Future dated orders not cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to the same charges as back-orders.  You must file claims for loss or damage in transit with the delivering carrier within 10 days of receipt.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping with AgPumpsOnline.com is very easy. Standard ground shipping is FREE within the continental United States! If you need other than Standard shipping or for another location, then please email us at shipping@agpumpsonline.com to discuss those options and the associated costs.  All optional shipping costs are FOB shipping point.

CLAIMS / RETURNS

All claims for hidden shortages must include our invoice number and be made within five (5) days after delivery.  On items returned to us for any reason other than defect or wrong item shipped, there will be a 15% of invoice value restocking charge plus return freight (if not prepaid).  We refuse all COD return shipments.  All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt. 

WARRANTY

Having no control over the use or the misuse of the products, Ag Pumps Online assumes no liability connected with their use or misuse.  Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use any of our products. 

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty is made to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.   

LIMITED POLICY

This Limited Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied and warranted by the manufacturer of the part.

WARRANTY PERIOD

All items that carry a manufacturer’s warranty will be specified for a limited length of time.  Replacement items returned for repair must be within manufacturer’s warranty time, no longer than one year from date of purchase.  Shipping and handling expense are the sole responsibility of the consumer and are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.  Certain repair costs may be the responsibility of the consumer and will be determined by the manufacturer upon return and inspection of these items.

REPLACEMENT PART(S)

Replacement parts provided as warranty replacement carry the remainder of the original warranty term or 90 days whichever is longer, and are subject to return to manufacturer for determination of warranty eligibility.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Parts that fail due to misuse, abuse or failure of another part.  Warranty is null and void if parts exhibit signs of repairs or manipulation other than manufacturer or manufacturer approved repairs.
